Saturdays: 9:30 am - 12:30 pm

Explore the ecology of Lake County, Illinois at the Prairie Grass Nature Museum. Inside our FREE museum, you will find realistic habitats, live animals and engaging activities. We offer a variety of nature-related programs for families and adults year-round. During your visit, you may wish to participate in one of our free monthly activities, or get hands-on with our current exhibit or a Nature Detective sheet.
